Female Voice :: A Hallmark of a Remarkable Woman

Do you know a remarkable woman?

She embodies and exemplifies idealism, courage and valor; demands what’s intended for the highest purpose - the greater good.

They rally us to gather and work in communion – they give us hope, unite us and shore us up.

Much more than self-righteous or self- sacrificial, they are Souls that are driven by concepts of fairness and justice; understanding the world may be unjust, but willing to do the work to create the inverse by any means necessary.

Warrior like Spirits: willing to show up and respond to their calling. They shoulder us, they soldier on.

These heroines are writers, activists and change makers.

Women who give voice to and stand for the un-just, oppressed and marginalized.

This is a short list of a large collective, who have inspired me. {In no particular order}

Anita Hill

Billy Jean King - loved spending the day with her.

Crystal Lee Sutton - “aka” Norma Rae

Aung San Suu Kyi

Veronica Guerin

The Mirabal Sisters

Oprah Winfrey

Gloria Steinem

+ Something extra from PBS.

The mark of a Phoenix serves as reminder that in our own unique way we are “the parts in the sum of the whole” with no voice too small.

While you or I may not possess a fraction of their courage, I know like many others I’ll continue to do my part.

Visit Tara Noelani Correll + See No Color and share your stories about the remarkable woman you know.

For all my sisters that have done the heavy lifting: Thank you for your courage + encouragement.

 ~ Namaste.

“Let it rain peace, may your dreams reveal themselves”.

Can peace come through chaos? With the recent asteroids striking earth there is a coming shift beckoning us to restructure life in its truest form – a way of approaching it in a manner that will invite openness and clarity. It’s not always about what we need to let go of, it’s about simply letting go.

What do you yearn for?

What do you need to get clear about?

What can you release that is not serving you?

No worry required.

These answers will reveal themselves… and more.

Invite a state of peace and trust that life is about to shift… for the better.

Think non-linear.

View life from a different vantage point.

Approach situations with fresh eyes.

Simply Let Go.

Get clear about your perceptions vs. your realities, allow life to manage itself.

Be Still. Peace = Presence.

Are you lucky in love? Start here: Be Your Most Whole.

You Complete Me ~ A Contemporary Love Letter.

It wasn’t the first time our paths crossed or

the second time our eyes embraced, colliding

in that moment of “hello” a brilliant

gem unmarred and flawless

an encapsulation of eternity

a striking deed of credentials, as none before

we merged somewhere at the crossroads of truth

and pain smudging our rose colored vista

spiraling bliss, flowing, free-falling, tethered

transparency speaking volumes upon volumes

the duality of blind truths and contradictions

I ride the ray of wholeness writing love

letters to myself while voyaging back to

the promise of loving you.

Creating Sacred Space :: Clearing Channels To Success with Karin Saldaña.

A couple years back, when I was on a slow-but-steady transition from commercial hair + make-up to my passionate pursuit as an emerging life and business coach, I experienced a bout of mental fog.  My studio/office was in upheaval; too much home-life-business “stuff” overlapping.  It was breaking my creative mojo; the studio space I once loved felt chaotic and claustrophobic.

I’m blessed to have a multitude of über talented rock-solid friends who’ve graced my life. One of them: my dear friend Karin Saldaña. Karin happens to be a kick-ass intuitive space clearer; a seer of epic possibilities pertaining to organizing, repurposing and clearing space.

As a professional “personal organizer”, Karin has worked with exclusive “A list” clients, entrepreneurs, artists and retirees who are in need of creating usable space and have the desire to shed the excess that’s holding them back. Karin will capably create an environment that is reflective of your soul and devise integrated systems that will allow you to keep it all intact. In certain cases, she can work via Skype.

I sent her a plane ticket and she worked for two days. I’ll tell you, it was worth it.

Clearing space is a sacred act.  It’s about honoring, anchoring and creating space for you; an offering that allows for the sustainable emotional and creative clarity you desire to come to fruition. The power to move mountains…..

The following is a message and offering from Karin -

“I am not going to tell you it is going to be easy, I’m telling you it is going to be worth it” -Unknown

As we enter into 2013, many of us have set new goals for the year, perhaps to improve our diets, eat clean and healthy, challenge ourselves to train harder or lose weight, the list can go on. I would like to challenge you to take a look around your home.

*Are you living in a clutter-free space?

*Do all your personal belongings have a place?

*Are you able to find items with ease?

*Do you feel overwhelmed, too tired to prepare your meals and eat better, no desire or              motivation for your workouts?

*Do you have time to enjoy the things in life that are most important to you?

*Are you living in your ideal space and happy with how your home feels?

Your home is a reflection of your state of mind, as is your body. One of the biggest challenges with clutter in your home is it blocks growth in your life.  It can also affect your health, career, relationships and your wealth. When we are overwhelmed with “stuff”, our lifestyle starts to suffer. We lose desire and time passes on the things we intended for ourselves. Working as a professional organizer for over 20 plus years, I have experienced with client after client that once the de-clutter begins, their lives shift. The clarity and cleansing they feel in their home begins to shift their personal lives.  Some may make career changes, some may lose weight or some may find love.  Whatever was out of alignment before will begin to attract new beginnings when in alignment.  I believe in starting small, but to START.

An example may be to start in your kitchen, if your goal is to improve your diet and eat cleaner.

*Take all items out of your cupboards, pantry and shelves, sections at a time.

*Throw out all expired foods.  More often than not, a client will have three or more of                the same spices. This happens when we are not organized.

*Toss out old pots and pans that have lost their coatings, replace with new ones that                will make you feel better when you are preparing your healthy meals.

I would like to offer a complimentary consultation by STAGE Personalized Lifestyle Services.

Finding Your North Star :: The Courage To Be Exactly Who You Are

The time for ascension is now.

Courage: "That quality of mind which shows itself in facing danger without fear or shrinking". ~ Unknown.

What would it take: To step up and out of bounds, outside the realm of personal limitation?

More importantly, how would it feel?

If personal boundaries are a reflection of our inward limitations, what does it say in relation to how we measure our self-worth? The concept that we shrink our dreams proportionately to the size of what we think we deserve or know to be unattainable is us partnering with obscurity… that’s downright asinine.

Biting off on that antiquated system of belief is monumentally disproportionate - your eminence is so much more.

Sanctity is the ultimate expression of being; that inherent architecture is already in place. Find the spiritual space; allow nature to work its magic.

We are taught from a young age that we’ll have our “fifteen minutes” - toss that idea, exchange it for a lifetime of grandeur. Your trajectory is on track and in line if you have faith, belief in possibility and are willing to go the extra mile.

Be the vessel, a perfect work in progressKnow exactly what you’re capable of. It takes nothing short of courage and a warrior like spirit to live this life.

Begin where you are….. find your flow.

Nourishing yourself: What makes you feel Beautiful, Loved + Strong.

“Beauty is life when life unveils her holy face. But you are life and you are the veil.  Beauty is eternity gazing at itself in a mirror. But you are eternity and you are the mirror.” ~ Kahlil Gibran, The Prophet

Do you know how beautiful you are?

Unwavering self worth is your cornerstone in life. Self-worth creates grounding and allows love to emanate through and around you.  It offers the experience of beauty through wholeness. An abundance of beauty provides a vantage point that enhances fluidity in your present and your future. Living in alignment creates harmonious aspects that allow you to individuate, connect with spirit and be in union with your core essence.

Actions that can change the way we see ourselves:

* Adopt daily, positive affirmations that nourish your heart, mind and soul.

* Design a concise mission/vision statement that encourages nurturing belief through visualization and self-actualization.

* Draw beauty through loving action: Infuse it in all you think, say and do.

* Self-valuation exponentially changes how the outside world responds to you, creating favorable opportunities.

* Reject chaos: Release what’s beyond your control. Recognize that discord not assigned to you undermines your spiritual progress and mightiness.

* Create a healthy spiritual environment: Cocoon and shelter yourself in moments of uncertainty. Surround yourself with people that genuinely love and care for you.

* Be the gatekeeper of your conscious and subconscious mind: Perpetuate naturally occurring positive states of mind by “hanging out” between silence and thought; that’s where your beauty and strength lie.

To beauty, love + strength,

Setting intention through introspection, reflection and clarity.

Now more than ever, it’s the time to mindfully shift into more of who we are; a core consciousness made and created through clear intention. In this immense era of the feminine, it's a time to be attuned and "show up" in this lifetime.

Taking first steps toward the redefining of the “you” and the “I” at a Soul level is required for actionable evolution. Only through believing in and accepting of who we are first and foremost, will allow for the universal change that’s sorely needed at this moment.

It begins by living a sentient, less insular life that is reflective of our hearts. This will incrementally not only mend, but restore our faith in ourselves and in humanity.

Every so often we get a glimpse at impermanence, a snapshot of what was or will never be. That’s the incomprehensible paradox of life; the breaking down of the old and antiquated, making way for birthing the new. It’s how we become more of ourselves- that profound catalyst, the glue that binds us.

Wishing You Blessings and Love Always. ~ Tara

From this moment forward: Everything is waiting for you.

Love :: Faith :: Miracles

Through life there is belief that when things aren’t going our way, the odds may possibly be stacked against us. In these times, situations may evoke past disappointment from the perspective of lack or want. Like an overflowing chalice sitting idly at the alter; just at the time your decision is to receive, its bone dry.

Those blessed with audacious faith in life have a common vision: self valuation (love), impermeable belief (faith) and perseverance (heart).

Faith is a sentinel that stands watch and shelters the heart center to keep the belief light burning bright.

Life, like mountains, can be tough as hell to ascend, but once you make it the top it feels like a walk in the park.

A reflection from me to you

The world needs what you have to offer.

We are all significant; deserving in this lifetime to receive and have love radiate all around us. Believe. Open yourself to possibility, to Spirit. Miracles abound everywhere. They will happen to you, they’re happening right now.

Thanksgiving ~ a poem.

Gorged with thanks
nourished by gratefulness
heart ~ bountiful, brimming, overflowing
a precipice of soaring blessedness
day surrenders to night’s dark
enveloping tranquility
lonesome is a stranger
swollen, adorned
graceful imperfection
conceived by morning’s bloom.
